Just to add in some context, after Miwa was abducted by her fiancee, a rescue group came and busted her out, though she accidentally had a minor injury (fractured rib) and ended up at the hospital for checkups. Feeling rather confined that night, she decided to sneak out to the back garden and... well, you know the rest--
having a fractured rib meant that she shouldn't be moving that much anyway less she get pneumothorax-- but combine it with all that physical trauma and you get pulmonary hemorrhaging or worse?! Miwa will be in the hospital for a while after this;;;;
